About Susan

Susan started in Real Estate in 2005 as an office administrator learning the business from her Dad. She has learned the business from the ground up. Understanding all the back-end paperwork, how things are done and why. She quickly discovered her passion for the industry which lead her to get her Real Estate license and begin selling in 2007.

Susan is a 3rd generation Hamilton Realtor. It all began in the 1950's when her grandfather, Frank Pauls started selling Real Estate. Susan was born and raised in Hamilton and continues to live in the area with her husband and daughter. Because of her longevity in the area she has an extreme knowledge for the different areas and markets. After high school, Susan went on to study in Social Services. She graduated with honours and still uses this knowledge on a daily basis. She has impeccable problem solving skills and negotiating skills.
