Correctly pricing your home without the knowledge and expertise of a seasoned Realtor is next to impossible.  After our initial meeting, I will take the time to consider many factors before suggesting the price I think is ideal to put on your home.  I take into consideration the following when it comes to correctly pricing your home: the current market conditions, the size of the home, the types of finishes, and of course condition of the home.  Before suggesting a price I will study comparable properties on your street and in the neighbourhood and review the neighbourhood sale trends.

I recognize that every home is different; therefore, every home requires its own individualized marketing plan.  My team and I will work with you to determine the target market for your home.  Then we will tailor our marketing campaign to capture their interest through high end photography, social media, video marketing, open houses, print marketing and more.
